Michelin is pleased to present the “ D’ lal Michelin Awards Abu Dhabi 2025” , the third edition of the recommended restaurants in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
“Our observers have experienced the magic of Abu Dhabi, from its rich traditions to its distinctive innovations. There is no doubt that the capital has exciting potential as a unique culinary destination. As is well known, being selected in the Michelin Guide is a difficult task, but maintaining this distinction is even more difficult, as our selections are updated annually .
This requires restaurants, year after year, regardless of the changing seasons or circumstances, to achieve the highest levels of quality with a constant commitment to excellence. In this special edition, local professionals did not fail to fulfill this commitment, as they provided their guests with delicious and unique culinary experiences every day, reflecting their passion and consistency in this field .
“Over the years, we expect chefs to continue to be drawn to Abu Dhabi to enrich the local cuisine,” commented Gondal Poulenc, International Director of the Michelin Guide.
All four restaurants currently holding a Michelin star have demonstrated the consistency and culinary skill required to retain their award for another year. Their teams have worked incredibly hard to earn their distinction. These restaurants are :

The three new restaurants added to the guide are :
• Bord Eau by Nicolas Isnar : Enjoy French classics at this branch in Côte d’Or .
• Em Sherif Café : Sample authentic Lebanese cuisine .
• Broadway Restaurant : A modern American brasserie at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental .
Both Mika and Riba were also awarded Bib Gourmands, with Mika receiving the award for its exceptional value in serving fresh and delicious Mediterranean cuisine, and Riba receiving the award for its affordable fish and seafood specialties. These restaurants join a list of five restaurants that have retained their awards :
