Century Motor Company (CMC), the exclusive distributor of Hyundai passenger and commercial vehicles in Lebanon, held the Grand Finale Event of its three-month “3eesh” – Live – campaign at Hyundai Headquarters in Zalka under the headline Live the Hyundai vibes, in the presence of VIP guests, Hyundai clients, members of the press, influencers and bloggers.
The attendees discovered the all-new 2019 & 2020 SUV, Ecofriendly and Sporty models, each in their own specially-designed section, and enjoyed a lively atmosphere featuring live entertainment, refreshments and snacks.
After welcoming Ambassador of South Korea in Lebanon Mr. Kwon Young-dae, Head of Hyundai Motor Company’s Middle East and Africa Headquarters Mr. Mike Song, and all the distinguished guests, Mr. Walid Rasamny, CEO of Century Motor Company, explained “3eesh” concept by saying: “In light of the political instability, the political system that leaves a lot to be desired, and the difficult economic situation in Lebanon, we decided to launch “3eesh” campaign that sums up Lebanese resilience and will to keep going. “3eesh” has always been our culture. Despite all the adversities we have gone through in our 26 years of partnership with Hyundai Motor Company, we have never given up and we never will.”
CMC General Manager Mr. Rachid Rasamny thanked Mr. Song for supporting Hyundai’s growth, allowing it to become a market leader and one of the most loved brands in Lebanon. He assured that Hyundai today was one of the top five global car manufacturers, and the second biggest player in the automotive market in Lebanon for the past 8 years, pointing to the many prestigious awards recently received by the brand, namely the North American Car of the Year Award and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety Award. He thus concluded: “This makes Hyundai leader in quality, the leader in safety, and leader as an overall brand.”
Ms. Zeina Chamat, Marketing Manager at CMC, welcomed the guests and marked the opening of the Grand Finale Event, announcing: “Welcome to Hyundai’s grand finale, which is, in fact, the beginning of an all-new era. This year we have launched 12 new models that cater to every need & every lifestyle. So, we went big! We went national! And we decided to include our audience in the campaign, to make sure that everyone gets a chance to Live the Hyundai Vibes.”
The Grand Finale Event concluded the (Not unveiling, use another word pls) of 12 all-new Hyundai models, which took place over three stages, starting with the SUV category that was showcased in Faraya-Mzaar for potential clients to test drive the new models and check out the lineup The all-new Santa Fe, Tucson, Creta & Kona, going through the ecofriendly category that includes the IONIQ Hybrid and KONA Electric vehicles, and Hyundai was the only brand amongst the Korean & Japanese automotive manufacturer participating in the first e-Motorshow, exclusively dedicated to Hybrid & Electric vehicles in the Middle East that was held in Beirut.
The last stage was dedicated to the sporty category, which includes the Veloster, VelosterN, i30N & Kona models, and took place at the Village Dbayeh, Gemmayzeh, and Badaro to attract a younger crowd, with the participation of singer Anthony Touma and motorsports expert Patrick Karam.
