Arabian Automobiles has implemented a bolder customer-centric approach this Ramadan, says CEO, Michel Ayat

Listening to customers, and evolving business models that meet their real aspirations is imperative for the automobile industry, said Arabian Automobiles CEO Michel Ayat. Underlining the need to be customer-first at all times, Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group, the exclusive distributor for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai, Sharjah and Northern Emirates, has a laser-sharp focus on being customer-first and is committed to adding genuine value to customers this holy month of Ramadan.

They can choose from the Prime Package that provides a combination of insurance, service, registration and fuel – all essential for vehicle purchase; the Upgrade Package, which enables customers for a free upgrade to their chosen vehicle accessorized grades along with a selection of travel vouchers; and the Finance Package, whereby customers can avail of the value of the offer as a down payment support. Customer stand to save up to AED50,000 through the campaign this Ramadan. Further, all customers get a 5-year comprehensive warranty bumper-to-bumper for unlimited mileage.

INFINITI also has offers to elevate the motoring experience to ‘INFINITI’ standards with Four Ways to Save this Ramadan. Customers can trade in their cars, across all models, for a brand-new INFINITI and secure up to AED15,000 more than the market value based on the condition of their cars. In addition, they either get a free service package on their new INFINITI car covering three years/ 60,000 kilometres or benefit from first-year free insurance, based on the purchase. Customers may also opt to secure the value price of the model.

Similarly, three choicesare available for Renault customers – each guaranteed to make their purchase truly valuable. Renault customers can opt to buy the car with zero per cent interest for four years or avail of a cashback of up to AED20,000. The third option allows them complimentary service, insurance and extended warranty.
