INFINITI rewards its consultants for raising the standards of customer service

INFINITI Middle East (IMEA) recognized six of its Sales and Aftersales consultants who were selected through its first ever Regional Skills competition. The winners received their accolades by the Managing Director of IMEA during a dedicated ceremony held in Dubai.

Markus Leithe, Managing Director, INFINITI Middle East, said, “At INFINITI we continuously strive to improve the synergy between our Sales and Aftersales departments as we believe that this is key to the delivery of the Total Ownership Experience, which is the best possible ownership experience for our INFINITI customers.”

“The INFINITI Regional Skills competition involved a number of our accomplished Services and Sales Consultants from across the region to highlight their success and reward their efforts in further enhancing our customer’s experience in the region,” he added.

The final ceremony witnessed the rewarding of three Service Consultants out of ten finalists and three Sales Consultants out of six finalists who took part in the final stage of the competition. The contestants were subjected to a series of activities conducted in groups simultaneously to include both Sales and Aftersales Services. The tests covered theory and practical knowledge about how to handle the INFINITI premium customer.
